Frequently Asked Questions.​

How is this different from any other program?

 

Because every other program gives you nutrition and exercise goals/rules/tips.  But they leave out habit change and mindset work. If you never learn where the problem came from or how you got to where you are right now, how can you move forward?

 

The truth is, you will get out of this program what you put into it. You will not diet. You will not deprive yourself. You will learn how to evaluate your habits and how to move forward with new ones.  And you will learn how to feed your body in a way that is satisfying, sustainable and effective.

I love bread, are you going to take away all my carbs?

 

Absolutely not.  My entire focus is on getting you to eat the foods you love in a way that is also beneficial to your body. We need carbs for energy, and as moms, energy is everything!

Will I have to spend a lot of money on expensive food?

 

No, you will receive a suggested meal plan that contains foods you can buy at any grocery store.  Frozen steam bag veggies and rotisserie chicken are a huge time saver and are also budget friendly.  The items you buy (whether organic or not) is entirely up to you.

How long will it take me to see results?

 

That will be different for everyone.  Some will see their bodies begin to change quickly, others will see a slower progress. But with consistency and compassion, time will reveal changes (both physical and mental). I will never promise false results. I could prescribe a super strict diet that gets you immediate results, and then makes you gain the weight back just as quickly.  But instead, I will equip you with the tools and mindset to make this change last forever. 

I don’t have hours to spend working out. Is that part of this program?

 

No. I don’t have time to exercise for hours every day either 😊. This program provides you with workouts that don’t exceed 30 minutes total.  You decide how many days you want to work out.

When wll we meet for the coaching calls?

 

Calls will be Monday evenings at 7:00 PM EST.  Modules will be released on Friday (prior to the calls)

What if this course is not what I expected?

 

I want you to be satisfied and I want you to get results.  But I will also say, you will get out of this course what you put into it. It takes mental effort, a willingness to dig inside, and an understanding that real body change doesn’t happen overnight.

Is this course only for women?

 

Yes.  Although the content applies to anyone who has struggled to lose weight repeatedly, I coach from the lens of a busy mom.  I help women who are currently in the place I was at.

How much time do I need to invest into this course?

 

I recommend you blocking out at least an hour to go over the modules prior to our calls.  Other than that, journaling is beneficial and can be done in about 15 minutes per day.
